Since 1994 he spent his last 31 years working in the telecom industry worldwide, when he founded the first Spanish Site Acquisitions Company, with more than 100 employees between Spain, Italy, Morocco and Chile: EUROFLAT TELECOM (www.euroflat.es) and signed personally Vodafone’s first site in the country.
Regarding cell sites buyouts, his experience goes back to 2012, when he started collaborating with a multinational American company: APWIRELESS (now Radius Global), until 2018.
Being a pioneer in the development of the prepayment business outside US, he took the role of Senior Vice President for Spain and Latin America, building and managing their teams in Spain, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, investing 25M per year and making this region the most productive of the company in terms of signed leases.
As of 2019, he has developed the same business for TASC INFRASTRUCTURE, operating as Managing Director for Europe, building and managing the teams in Spain, Italy & Greece.

He specializes in structuring and securing long-term land, rooftop, and usufruct rights, creating institutional-grade portfolios that support telecom network expansion. His expertise lies in identifying strategic real estate opportunities, negotiating complex long-term agreements, and transforming fragmented property rights into scalable, financeable infrastructure assets.
He has built and led acquisition teams, aligning operator deployment needs with disciplined portfolio growth strategies. As Country Leader of TASC Infrastructure Greece, he led national market development and established the foundation for scalable land aggregation initiatives, combining strategic market entry, structured negotiations, and strong execution to generate long-term value.

José has built and led multi-country commercial platforms across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. His core strength is aligning operator needs with investment and execution strategies—structuring long-term commercial frameworks, leading senior-level negotiations, and driving market entry and expansion initiatives with key industry stakeholders.
Most recently, José served as Vice President, North America (U.S., Canada & Puerto Rico), overseeing the managers and teams across these jurisdictions and leading strategic operator relationships and negotiations at the regional level. Prior to that, he held Vice President and country leadership roles at APWireless across multiple LATAM markets, where he drove market development, commercial expansion, and M&A-oriented growth initiatives, working closely with internal execution teams to deliver outcomes.

Scott started his career in international finance working in Frankfurt for the second largest German bank. He also worked as Vice President at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. Scott’s responsibilities at EBRD included restructuring a $300 million project loan and negotiating a $150 million working capital facility.
In 2011, Scott was hired by APWireless as Senior Vice President Europe. He led creation of the first wireless lease buyout business outside of the United States. In five years, Scott’s leadership helped build the fund’s business in nine countries across Europe and acquisition of $200 million in wireless lease buyouts at an IRR exceeding 10%.
Scott’s experience also includes over 20 years in marketing and strategy.

She leads Euroflat Infra's Property Management Department, overseeing site acquisition, lease management, and property negotiations. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles with independent tower companies, major telecom operators, and global network vendors across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Myanmar, including PhilTower, AP Towers, Nokia, Huawei, Smart Communications, and San Miguel Properties. Her extensive regional experience provides a strong foundation for managing complex real estate and telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in site acquisition, permitting, regulatory compliance, PMO governance, and EPC project execution, managing complex nationwide telecom, fiber, tower, and solar programs. She has successfully led cross-functional teams, optimized project delivery, managed stakeholder relationships, and supported large-scale infrastructure deployments. Her experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and operational excellence strengthens Euroflat Infra’s acquisition capabilities.

He leads the company's capital raising initiatives, investor relations, corporate finance strategy, and financial governance. Throughout his career, Paolo has held senior executive roles across infrastructure, utilities, financial services, and technology, with extensive experience in capital planning, financial modeling, due diligence, and corporate governance. He serves on multiple corporate boards and holds a Global MBA from National Chiao Tung University, an M.A. in Economics, and a B.S. in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
